1) Virtual Item Only
Shrugbits (“Points”) are a digital, entertainment-only virtual item used for on-stream interactions. They have no monetary value, are not legal tender, and cannot be redeemed for cash, physical goods, or gift cards.

2) No Refunds / All Sales Final
All purchases of Points are final and non-refundable (including partial refunds), except where required by law. Points are non-transferable and non-resalable.

3) Delivery & Expiration
Points are typically delivered to your account promptly after purchase. If delivery is delayed, contact contact@support.shrugbuds.com with your order info. Points do not expire while this program is active.

4) Redemption Mechanics

• Redemptions are processed during live streams only and are subject to availability, queue order, cooldowns, and technical limits.

• We may limit quantities, schedule, or pause redemptions at any time (e.g., stream pacing, sponsor segments, technical issues).

• Some redemptions may require certain in-game states, assets, or scenes being active; if conditions aren’t met, I’ll offer a comparable alternative at my discretion.

5) Moderation & Content Rules
I may decline, modify, or cancel a redemption if it is: harassing, hateful, unsafe, illegal, spammy, NSFW, or violates Twitch/Fourthwall/community guidelines—or if it’s unreasonably disruptive, technically impossible, or would compromise the stream. No refund is due in these cases. Repeated violations may result in a ban and forfeiture of Points.

6) No Gambling / No Prizes of Chance
This is not a lottery, sweepstakes, or gambling. Buying Points does not provide odds of winning something of monetary value. Redemptions are entertainment interactions only.

7) Service Interruptions
Streams can be canceled or interrupted (internet issues, platform outages, emergencies). If a stream ends before your redemption occurs, it will roll to a future stream when feasible. No cash refunds for outages or cancellations.

8) Chargebacks & Fraud
If a payment is charged back, disputed, or flagged, the associated Points will be removed and your redemption access may be revoked. Fraud may be reported to the platform and payment processor.

9) Platform Rules Govern
All use of Points is additionally subject to Twitch and Fourthwall terms and community guidelines. If these Terms conflict with platform rules, platform rules control.

10) Age & Parental Consent
Purchasers must be 13+. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have parent/guardian permission. Parents/guardians are responsible for purchases made by minors.

11) Privacy
Purchases are processed by Fourthwall/payment processors. I may receive order info to fulfill redemptions. See my Privacy Notice and Fourthwall’s privacy policy for details.

12) Taxes & Fees
Any applicable taxes are the purchaser’s responsibility. Prices and fees may change without notice.

13) Changes to the Program
I may update, pause, or discontinue the Points program or these Terms at any time. The version posted at purchase time applies to that transaction; ongoing use is subject to the most current Terms.
