- Drops are non-refundable and may only be used for eligible Shrugbuds livestream features. Activations are subject to stream availability, cooldowns, moderation, platform rules, and technical limits.
- We may decline, modify, delay, or remove a request that is unsafe, disruptive, violates applicable rules, or cannot reasonably be fulfilled. Purchasing does not guarantee a particular on-stream result, timing, video placement, or response.
- Reversed, refunded, disputed, or charged-back payments may result in related Drops being removed and access to Shrugbits features being revoked.
